The Obsession Chronicles
You know what, I don't think there is anything wrong with making videos every day or more than once a day. Let me clarify: I don't think there's anything wrong with that for me, personally. Sure, subscribers might get annoyed and unsubscribed (I think that's already happened to me a couple times), but sometimes I don't make videos for anyone besides me. It's a creative effort, and I think it should be encouraged. I don't think, "oh, I shouldn't paint something today because I painted something yesterday," or "I shouldn't take a picture..." or "I shouldn't write a song..."
I think the answer to the videos-per-day question really lies in who you're making videos for. If it's for other people whom you would like to please and impress with your wit and good sense of editing, you probably shouldn't make a video every day, and certainly not more than one in a 24 hour period. But if you're just making them for yourself, your own amusement, to chronicle your journey through life or some other adventure, then YouTube is there to support you.
